    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I also wish to add my voice on this very important petition. Former councillors are men and women of wisdom and knowledge, which is required in our counties. In this country, huge amounts of money are stolen through theft, corruption and other forms of mismanagement. What they are asking for is just a token. They are only 6,000 members. I request Members of County Assemblies (MCAs), including Kisii County, to consider co-opting them into running of county affairs considering the knowledge they have in other issues. Mr. Speaker, Sir, with those few remarks, I beg to support."
