    "content": "So, Mr. Speaker, Sir, it is not true that senior officers can take any opportunity to discipline their juniors. The law within the police force is quite clear. The officers know very well that if they want to take leave, there is a procedure to follow. They even know that if they do not follow that procedure, they bear consequences. There are procedures to be followed to discipline an officer. So, the Commissioner is perfectly right to discipline this particular officer in this manner."
