    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, if you look at the so-called Civil Suit No.18 of 2005, I agree with my police officers. It is not shown anywhere that they were served. There is no copy which was given to the police. Under those circumstances, the only thing I can do is to ask hon. Noor to come to my office, so that we see a way of helping this old man. Where police are not served directly, it becomes very difficult for them to enforce the law. There are cases where the police are given copies for them to enforce the law, but on this particular one, I have not seen any paper which shows that---"
