    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker. This is a serious matter and it has been made serious by the honuorable Senator for Mombasa. If it is true that probably he caught your eye but he made it worse by saying he negotiated with you because he has to catch a flight---. If that is a tradition, then it means, every time we want to speak we have to negotiate. I can tell you that all of us have many problems. I have been sitting here waiting to go and meet somebody I am representing in court tomorrow where I have to do an affidavit before Seven o’clock this evening. I am doing this with a lot of respect for the Senator from Mombasa, but it is a tradition that normally you are allowed to speak when you catch the Speaker’s eye. The honuorable Senator for Mombasa made it worse by saying that it is not because he caught your eye but because he has a flight to catch to Mombasa. We all have a place to run to."
