    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker for giving me this opportunity to contribute to this very important Motion. Madam Temporary Speaker, I am not a spokesman of the Jubilee Government. However, I can honestly say that the Jubilee Government respects the rule of law. We respect what the Supreme Court said and we will abide by that. I am sure that the Government is short of money otherwise, it would have paid teachers."
