Here, we have a situation where some accounts are being audited after 16 months. What is the reason for the delay in not auditing that interim period during the last financial year and what is the chance that the kind of delay that we have already seen in Bomet County and other counties will not happen, so that we also do not end up next year with some counties having two years audit pending? The Constitution is very clear on that."
