    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. I beg to lay the following report on the Table of the Senate today, 15th September, 2015. Report of the Standing Committee on Health on the Statement sought by Sen. Mugo on the circumstances that led to the disappearance of twin babies who were delivered at the Pumwani Maternity Hospital on 6th January, 2015.
