With all due respect to the Chair, I think it would be unfair for the Speaker to give that kind of view because north eastern is in Kenya. There is no country without a border in this world yet they are examined in the same way the rest are examined and they are not discriminated against. We would not expect the Speaker of this House to allude to the fact that there should be a possibility of discriminating because people are on the border.
