    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.45 (2) (b) to seek a Statement from the Chairperson of the Standing Committee on Education regarding the ongoing teacher’s strike. In the Statement, the Chairperson should explain the circumstances that have led to the strike. He should also explain what the Government is doing to address the demands of teachers to remedy the situation. He should also inform the House when learning will resume in schools."
