Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support the County Industrial Development Bill (Senate Bill No.7 of 2014). I thank Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki of Nyandarua County for coming up with this very important Bill that touches on the development of our counties. As custodians of devolution, this is the roadmap because a county is a government on its own. It must sustain itself and offer quality services to the people within the county. If there is industrialisation, I believe that we will have more development within counties.
