I want us to sit together and listen to views from members of the public before we come to the Committee of the Whole. I know that there are professors at the university who have special expertise in industrialization and who will give us ideas that will make it easy for this noble idea to take off. This clamour of tribalism is because the cake is too small. The President of Kenya is the one who needs to expand the cake, just like Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki is doing through industrialization. How can Kenyans have a 20-billion dollar budget as opposed to Belgium which has 37.8 billion dollar budget with a population of about 3.6 million people? Belgium has no resources, but they make their billions from innovation. They are honest people and when taxes are collected, they are converted into services. In Kenya, when taxes are collected, Mrs. Ann Waiguru is waiting to abuse them. I support."
