There is no issue of ethnic tension involved and thugs, particularly the case of Sotik which I understand clearly, are thugs and it is not a question of which tribe they are coming from. This is very important because we have a lot of tension and it is usually insinuated that these are ethnic tensions. I want him to clarify that this is thuggery, plain and simple and no ethnic tensions are involved in the matter."
