    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you have heard, Sen. Wangari has referred to the matter of qualified and quack doctors and with specific reference to one Mugo wa Wairimu. As a qualified doctor, registered, trained, examined and practising; on behalf of all the doctors and nurses in Kenya, I would like to give our unreserved apologies to the whole country how our profession has been abused in the process of advancing that criminal activity against our women of Kenya. The doctors and nurses in Kenya are not involved and we condemn this act."
