    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I committed myself to the House to give this answer. We have been ready until yesterday when we were told of the quality of the answer. I looked at the issues the Senator had raised and we refused. The County Secretary of Narok was ordered by the national office to improve on the answer because the answer was coming from there. He asked for two weeks but after I consulted with the Senator, he said that two weeks was not acceptable. I went back to the county secretary and he has confirmed that he is doing everything possible and the answer would be here next week on Tuesday at 2.30 p.m."
