    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. The Hon. Chairman is trying to water down a serious matter that is under discussion this afternoon. We are talking about the nation and not Kirinyaga County. We are not just talking about students who have come to visit and learn something about Parliament. Is the Member in order to underestimate the crisis we have in this country by saying that there is partial teaching in certain specific areas, including Kirinyaga?
