"content": "In fact, Mr. Speaker, Sir, that question was answered. There are two issues. First, there is software incompatibilities and virus attack, which is one of the answers that I gave. Sometimes, that is possible because there was no specification as to any virus attack. Safaricom officers said that it could be possible that you could be having an application with a virus attack. They also said that you could have run applications beyond the capacity of the device. They gave us solutions. One of them was that you can reload your software at Samsung Electronics Offices and Regional Training Centres in Kenya. If you have a problem with your Samsung phone, you should visit their offices where technicians will be waiting for you to explain to them the problem with your software, Sen. (Eng.) Muriuki.
