    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I will be here, but I want to raise a matter of procedure because we do not want to have a tug of war between the Executive and Members of the Back- Bench. In many instances, I have complained about this. Answers are supplied to us in the Chamber when proceedings are going on. The Standing Orders are very clear that Members of Parliament are supposed to be supplied with the answers well in advance in order for us to be able to interrogate matters. So, it is unfair for the Executive to always ambush us with answers."
