    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the records we have date back to the year 2006, when we had official communication between the management of Kakuzi Limited and the Members of Parliament, together with the community. Since then, we have seen steady progress and I believe that before long, we should be able to get to some conclusion on this matter. However, it would be inaccurate to claim that the community is land-locked when they have access although they are not able to use vehicles. I cannot be able to give a definite date, but I want to assure the hon. Member that we are prioritising this matter. Thank you, Mr. Speaker, Sir."
