Murkomen and his Vice Chair, Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., for the wonderful work that they have done and tabled a report which should now be in our possession. It is now our individual and collective responsibility to make sure that that communication is very effective and not distorted. Again, that is why the suggestion by Sen. Wako which we have all endorsed becomes very handy in terms of creating a better understanding on that particular document. Let us now proceed to the next Order."
