    "content": "I think time has come for you as the Speaker, your colleagues in the Speakers Panel, the Senate Leader of the Majority Leader and the Senate Minority Leader, Minority Whips, and Minority Whips; you need to sit down and assess whether we have done at least, what can be appreciated by the people. If we have got a long way to go, then we have time to repair our vehicle toward 2017 .We have one year to repair. We can service it into almost a new vehicle in 2017. If one part of the vehicle falls down today and the other one falls down tomorrow and we keep on saying we will take it to the garage next week, it will stall. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I want to thank you once again that I was able to catch your eye. I am quite happy that you are able to see me despite my height and everything else.
