    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, I know the process for approval of Motions by the Speaker. However, sometimes the Speaker may need someone to bring to his attention existence of a similar Motion. In this regard, there was not only a Motion by Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr., but there is already a Bill which is about to be tabled in this House. We have approved it in the Committee on Legal Affairs and Human Rights. It is proposing detailed mechanism for dealing with boundaries. So, I request Sen. Murungi that before the Motion is put on the Order Paper for future deliberations, to consult Sen. Mutula Kilonzo Jnr. and jointly perhaps, approach the Speaker with a view of merging the two processes. We do not want to deliberate again on something that we have already deliberated on and moved forward. Thank you."
