    "content": "For us to respond to this statement, we will need to get the answers from the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources. I am glad to report to this House that the Ministry has been very cooperative. Whenever we request for statements, they come quite timely unlike other Ministries that we deal with. I, therefore, give an undertaking that everything remaining constant, we should issue a statement in two weeks’ time."
