What I said of the Ministry of Environment, Water and Natural Resources is that when we request for Statements, answers come promptly. However, it is exactly the opposite of what happens when we do this in the Ministry of Lands, Housing and Urban Development. Records will show that sometimes it takes us even two months to receive statements from this particular Ministry.
