    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir. It is a follow up on what my colleague, Sen. Musila has said. Five Statements were scheduled to be issued today. Not a single one has been issued. You can also see that the mood in this House is somewhat dull. I do not think that this is the way we will go on transacting our business. Perhaps time has come when, as the leader of this House, you should categorically direct, particularly the committees to do their work. If there are Cabinet Secretaries or Ministries which are not up to the task, they should come here so that they can face us and we tell them exactly how business should be conducted. I want to register my position that the way we have been this weeks is very unsatisfactory."
