    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, indeed, on the Order Paper, there is still quite a lot of business and when the HBC meets, they will then prioritize all the Bills based on the ones that are considered critical. There is also the issue of the availability of the Ministers and the Attorney-General who need to be in the House to respond. I believe that Bill has suffered that fate because of the unavailability of the Attorney-General to come and lead hon. Members through the process. So, it is just a matter of time before we get a match between the presentation of business before the House and there being the substantive person to take the Government side through the matter. So, it has not disappeared. It is still on the Order Paper."
