    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I requested for this Statement before we went for our last recess. When we came back on Tuesday, I was promised by one of the Members of that Committee that the report will be ready in one week. It seems like there is a lot of confusion in this Committee because the Chairman is stating that it will be ready in two weeks but on Tuesday I was promised by one of the Members in that Committee that it will be ready in one week. Since the Statement that I requested needs time because it is a comprehensive report of what he has mentioned about the people who have benefited from Uwezo Fund, both the rural and the urban, I think it is reasonable for me to give them time. We need to have that comprehensive report. I will give him the two weeks that he has requested for."
