    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, thank you very much for allowing me to contribute in support of this Motion. The land issue is as old as history; and history is as old as the Bible. However, what we are discussing is the outcome of what we can call the initial scramble and partition of colonies in Africa. It all started in 1894. We can therefore blame the British, the Dutch and the Germans who in 1890 had to transfer Witu which was along the coast in exchange of an island called Heligoland in Germany.
