    "content": "of us tend to think that it is a strategy by the current regime to disenfranchise some areas that they think do not support the system. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, unless we streamline issuance of identification cards, the issue of voter registration cannot be resolved. As this Bill comes, I know you will refer it to the relevant committee. As we draft it, let it include the aspect of registering our young people so that they can get identification cards, register as voters and participate in all other activities that are happening in the country because without them, they cannot. I support this petition."
