    "content": "The fact that so many people are lamenting about identification card shows how serious this matter is. To make it worse, a person who lives about 800 kilometres away from the district headquarters - because pastoralists move from one place to another looking for pasture and water – he is asked to bring his mother. How would he bring his mother who is 800 kilometres away? This is a clear indication of denial of the right of the people from northern Kenyan. Therefore, the committee that will look into this matter should visit all parts of the country to seek the views of Kenyans."
