    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir. I take this opportunity to join the Chair and the House to welcome the delegation from Nyandarua County and tell them to feel most welcome. I hope that they will gain a lot from the study that they are undertaking here. The Senate has already passed The Potato Produce and Marketing Bill, 2014. It is now in the National Assembly. We will lobby them so that they also take the cue from the Senate and pass it. That way, Nyandarua County and other counties which produce potatoes will move on to the next stage in terms of development. Thank you.
