Budgetary and resource allocation These are appreciated as crucial and critical processes and functions that will support the voter registration drive. The allocated budget will be rationalized to inform outreach either at constituency or ward level. I would add village level. (3) Implementation phase For effective management of the electoral process, the Commission’s EOP will be aligned to the budgetary projections. The Commission’s EOP identifies key activities that will be implemented in order of priority. The EOP will be the critical roadmap in guiding preparations for the 2017 General Election. The plan has salient features which will guide the Commission in:- i. Establishing the necessary linkages in the implementation of identified election priorities. ii. Developing integrated time frames for the completion of the priorities. iii. Identifying resource needs. Iv. Providing for monitoring and evaluation in implementation of the priorities."
