It is very well known especially that some of the senior officers of IEBC - and, indeed, including the Chairman of the IEBC - are being investigated on the same. Is the Chairman very satisfied that the exercise so well thought to commence in November or December by the IEBC, will be transparently executed in this exercise of registration of voters in this country?"
