As not only just the Senator for Bungoma, but a leader in this House, I deserve a much better explanation, if not an apology in writing, than a ruling from the Chair. This is because this precedent is wrong, dangerous and not sending the correct messages to visitors who come here. How can we do this to a delegation from my distinguished county?
