I think your explanation on this matter will suffice, because I do believe that it could not be deliberate that the Speaker’s Office could have decided to bring such distinction. But I would also agree that on the administrative front, we should guard that this must never happen again. This is because we treat all counties equally. In fact, the equality of counties is best demonstrated in the Senate. That is why we say whether you got 800,000 votes or 20,000, your vote is one in this Senate. That is the equality of counties."
