    "content": "Parliament, we might not have anything else useful to do. So, this Bill, once passed, is going to look into the lives of those people who have struggled in this country. We recognize the petition of former councilors and we should also recognize the petition of retired parliamentarians. We should also recognize the retirement of some senior civil servants just like the way we recognize the old retired presidents. So, this is an eye opener and it is going to give old people hope of living longer and the hope of continuity in life. Once this is done, I am sure the old will be rejuvenated; they will look like they are young and cease to imagine that they are old because the government has a lot to do to save the lives and the environment of the old. This is why I support this Bill and I urge my colleagues to support and come up with ideas on how we can improve it because that is where we are headed to and we need to have decent lives. I second. Thank you."
