I want to simply say that, as I mentioned earlier, the Bill seeks to have a regulatory body to regulate the engineering technicians and technologists. At the moment, there is no such body. We have had problems even in the courses that are being undertaken at the Technical University of Kenya because once they graduate, they cannot get employment due to that fact that they cannot be recognised because there is no registration body."
