    "content": "Just like any other Bill that forms a regulatory body, the Bill has got sections. One section is for who exactly is to be registered. We still have a step further, during the Third Reading, where we can do amendments. I will call Members to amend such that there are clear roles that will be specific for the engineering technicians and technologists."
