    "content": "Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Speaker, for giving me the chance to also make my contribution to this Bill. I want to start by first appreciating the efforts by Hon. Cecilia Ngetich. It is quite important because this is a private Member’s Bill. Many of us are looking forward to when we will have a Bill like this. She has done a good job. What we need to note is that, as Members of Parliament, we represent the people of Kenya. When a Member presents a Bill like this, I am sure she is talking on behalf of either her own constituency or people who have voted for her in other areas.
