    "content": "The best way forward, and I would advise the engineering fraternity, is that once this Bill is in place, they should start a process of putting in place a council that will cover each technician under their own regulatory premises. That is what we are trying to do in the medical field and it has been tried in other countries. It works better than having one huge Bill that puts all the cadres in one Act."
