    "content": "Secondly, this country is growing. We must agree it is not easy to grow a nation to a developed and a prosperous one. It takes ages to grow a nation. For those nations that have developed, they have had to develop science and technology. When we look at nations like Switzerland and Germany, you will find that 40 to 70 per cent of their post high school degrees are in the technical field. So, as we embark on building the TVETs and technical universities, it is important that we give Kenyans confidence."
