    "content": "When you look at this nation, there is so much unemployment among our young people. The reason is because they graduate from high school with no sufficient skills to enter the workforce. If they choose not to go to college or they are not able to join colleges, they cannot be able to--- Most employers are looking for people who are hands on. That is where we are moving towards. We are moving towards industrialization. So, this profession needs to be appreciated, recognized and regulated. That is why I support this Bill by Hon. Cecilia.
