    "content": "The Engineers Act that is being proposed for amendment compared to the other one, this has a more holistic approach. It attempts to accommodate all these professions. Maybe engineers should be included in this particular Bill, so that they can accommodate engineers, technologists and the technicians. But I want to say that we need to support this Bill, because this is the Bill that is going to make this country achieve Vision 2030. This is the Bill that is going to address poverty in this country. The gap between the rich and the poor is widening every day. The world today is becoming like a global village as a result of globalization. We must embrace technology so that we can equip our young people and create the much needed employment as well as having the ability to employ themselves. But if there is no confidence and regulation and the profession is not recognized we cannot achieve our Vision 2030."
