    "content": "removed Section 11(5) from the Engineers Act, 2011. For them to be sincere they should even say that we also need to have technicians, the craftsmen and even artisans. They removed that section and showed that they were not sincere. That is why I advocate that we have another body to regulate the engineering profession."
