    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I tend to support the Senate. The only point of conflict for those who were here yesterday was why the Senate was deleting the proposed amendment to Section 6(3). I totally agree because that section tries to create the composition of the secretariat of that organization. That is very unique. You cannot set up the composition of a secretariat in law. So, I totally agree with the Senate in these amendments, including the deletion they are proposing."
