Alcoholism is a different problem and, perhaps, a different root cause in Nyeri as it is in Kisumu. We have alcoholics in Kisumu, Mombasa and other places. However, if you treat Nyeri in the same way with Kisumu, it is going to be a mess. You cannot treat alcoholism the way you want in Kisumu and then take it to Nyeri. It cannot be transferrable.
