    "content": "I am aware that the Clerk has since circulated the amendments to all the Members in accordance with the Standing Order No.145. In this regard, the Senate amendments to the Mining Bill (National Assembly Bill No.8 of 2014) now stands committed to the Departmental Committee on Environment and Natural Resources for consideration. The Committee is expected to submit its report before the amendments are considered by the House. I wish to remind the House that the National Assembly will only consider the amendments made by the Senate and not any other parts of the Bill."
