    "content": "Hon. Speaker, this used to happen when we opened school on the first day of the term in those old days. Those of us who went to public secondary schools, particularly those of us whose parents were very poor; we used to be very happy on the first day of a new term, when we went back to school from the village. That does not apply to those who went to high end schools like Braeburn and other expensive schools. Hon.
