    "content": "great.The Transition to Devolved Government Act is very important because of devolution. The exercise is almost coming to an end and, therefore, the amendments are necessary. I support the Senate’s position. On the Crops Act, which is under the Departmental Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Cooperatives, the words “biodiversity” and “biosafety” are there. It is good to know that biosafety also covers biodiversity. Therefore, I support the amendment. The Kenya Agricultural, Livestock and Research Act needed to be covered under the new Constitution. I support and I thank you for giving me the opportunity to contribute on these important amendments."
