    "content": "Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairman, in this original Bill, it anticipates that the institution or the Service can open one account. That is against the Public Finance Management Act. So, we are confining them to operating one account as per the Treasury’s approval. The bank they should open an account in should be a reputable one that must be approved by Treasury. They should be able to operate one account. That is what the amendment is proposing. So, I do not know what Hon. Shabbir is opposing."
