    "content": "THAT, Clause 28 of the Bill be amended by— (a) deleting sub-clause (4) and substituting therefor the following new sub- clause— “(4) The trust shall be administered by a five member Board of Trustees nominated through an open and competitive process and they shall meet requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution.”; (b) inserting the following new sub-clause immediately after sub-clause (4)— “(5) The Members of the Board of Trustees shall include— (i) two fisherpersons from fresh waters and marine waters; (ii) two persons nominated by the traders exporters association and fish processors; (iii) one person appointed by the Cabinet Secretary responsible for fishing with background in aquatic science."
